To ensure fairness, respect for everyone’s time, and smooth scheduling for all clients, please review our updated clinic policies below:

All appointments must be booked through the booking link in our bio. This helps us keep scheduling organized and ensures all clients receive proper appointment confirmations and reminders. A valid credit card is required and must remain on file for all appointments and services. Clients without a valid credit card on file must pay 50% of their service total in advance and book directly through DM.

Late Cancellations / No Shows Clients who:

1. No show to their appointment

2.Arrive 15+ minutes late

3.Cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We value your time and ask for the same respect in return — we don’t work for free, and our time is valuable too.

Botox / Neuromodulator Appointment Policy Due to consultation-based pricing for Botox/Dysport appointments, clients who:

1.No show

2.Arrive 15+ minutes late

3.Cancel with less than 24 hours notice

will be charged a standard $125 fee to the card on file, as the total treatment cost is determined during consultation and assessment at the appointment.
