Bare Beauty Clinic Policies

• A non-refundable $75 deposit per service is required to book and will be applied to your appointment balance.

• 48+ hours’ notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. If you cancel without rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit is forfeited and a new $75 deposit per service is required to rebook. A second late cancellation/reschedule may result in loss of booking privileges.

• No-shows: Your deposit is forfeited and future booking privileges may be revoked.

• Late arrivals: Arrivals over 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If we cannot accommodate you, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit required.

• A valid credit card must remain on file for all appointments.

We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Bare Beauty Clinic.
